Our Story
AboutMyHotel was founded in 2012 in Rimini, Italy, a startup born from a simple observation: independent hotel managers were spending hours each week checking reviews across platforms they could barely keep up with.
The company won first prize at the Nuove Idee Nuove Imprese Business Plan Competition, and grew from there, helping hundreds of hotels monitor their online reputation.
In 2025, we rebuilt the platform from scratch, not because the original stopped working, but because the technology had changed enough that doing it right meant doing it again.
The new AboutMyHotel is faster, broader in coverage, and built with AI at its core: not as a gimmick, but as the only practical way to read thousands of reviews and turn them into something a hotel manager can actually use in less than five minutes a week.
